Blind spirit whisky tastings is the new and unique way to test your senses and knowledge about spirits or whisky. Currently there are two blind spirit tastings each containing 12 spirits.
One for the general spirit lovers who think they can easily taste the difference between, whisky, rum, cognac and calvados. The other for whiskylovers who are challenged to taste the difference between countries and whisky types. Are you up for the spirit challenge?

Whyte & Mackays is a great old blend distilled in approx.1960. Compare this with the Hedges & Butler, which is from this era and can still be purchased.
Vatted Malt Angus Mc Kay try this vatted malt from approx. 1970.
Try these three single malts and let us know which one you like best. There's the old Glengoyne 10 years versus the Glenfarclas you can buy these days. Can you taste the difference? Or do you prefer the powerful Ardbeg (Islay) 10 years Single Malt.

The GlenDronach Distillery is famous for producing richly sherried single malt whiskies of inimitable and individual character. July 2010 marked the launch of the new Wood Finish range - the GlenDronach 14 year old Sauternes and Virgin Oak finishes, the 15 year old Moscatel Finish and the 20 year old Tawny Port Finish.
Revival - 15 Year Old
Renowned amongst many whisky enthusiasts around the world, this remarkable and full bodied malt is matured for a minimum of 15 years in the finest Oloroso sherry casks. Bottled at 46%, the GlenDronach Revival is non chill filtered and of natural colour.
Allardice - 18 Year Old

Spanish Oloroso sherry casks and bottled at 46%
AGED 14 YEARS
Apple and rhubarb drenched in homemade custard, sweet deset wine with ripe sultanas and creamy heart.
Virgin Oak Finish
AGED 14 YEARS
Spiced ginger and cinnamon cake with a beautiful smoky twist.
AGED 15 YEARS
Sweet summer fruits of melon and pineapple with sweet ripe raising and alcohol infused figs.
Tawny Port Finish
AGED 20 YEARS
Stewed fruits of prunes, pears and apples balanced with an injection of liquorice and aniseed.
Springbank 100 Proof 10 y old
A more potent version of the 10 year-old. Sweet oakiness, very full bodied and rich.
